To login to the Learning Management System (LMS / Grow / SOLLE / etc.)
If you have a work email address/account your login details are as follows:
- Username = your FULL work email address (all in lower case as exampled in below list)- Password = your network / computer password
Please note that if you have a work email address your password in the LMS (Grow/Solle) cannot be reset as it is linked to your network access. Any changes made to your network/computer password will automatically update to be the same in the LMS.
If you don't have a work email address/account
- Username = agency initials followed by your staff number (e.g. bh12345, swh12345, cah12345 etc.)- Password = as generated by system email or as changed by you
